Join us at Marathon Long Bien

With the aim of increasing awareness for health, well being and disease prevention of our staff and the community, Hanoi French Hospital has created a team that will be joining Long Bien Marathon 2017, organized as scheduled:

• Time: 5:00am-01:00pm, 29/10/2017
• Location: Long Bien District, Hanoi

You and your family are encouraged to sign up for joining HFH team. Each participant will receive a complimentary polo shirt, and a bag, a participation medal from the organizer, besides many other prizes you might get.

You can choose to run (according to their fitness level) 5km, 10km, a half Marathon with 21 km, or a full Marathon with 42km. No matter what your fitness level actually is, you can still join the run and you can complete it either by continuously running or walking. No matter how  you complete the run and how long it takes you to complete it, reaching your target will be a great motivation for you to exercise more frequently, to stay in good health, and to achieve new targets in life.

Cost for joining the run will be approximately 1.000.000 VND if you register individually yourself, however if you register with HFH team, the hospital will be sponsor the registration fee for the first 50 participants.
