Remarks:

• Drugs, special consumables, elective surgery and other packages are not included in the program benefits
• Free specialist consultation is NOT applicable for obstetrics and Psychiatry consultations
• H Plus customer can choose other screening packages (for example Cardio check-up) for equivalent or lower price when compared with their eligible Health check-up package. In case the customer chooses higher price package compared with the check-up included in their program, the customer will have to pay extra for the price difference.
