In case of emergency please seek consultation at the Accident & Emergency Department (A&E) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the hotline: (84-24) 3574 1111. If required, specialists on duty or on call will attend to patients.
 

On the day of your appointment you are advised to arrive at the hospital five or ten minutes early as you may be required to complete some documentation or provide specimens for testing. Coming ahead of schedule allows our staff to minimize waiting times for all patients.

If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason please contact the Appointment Department a minimum of 8 hours prior your scheduled appointment.

Whether you have booked your consultation in advance or you require to see a doctor without an appointment, please proceed to our Front Office, located in front of the main entrance. You will be asked for your appointment card and other personal information to register. Our Front Office staff will then guide you to the appropriate area of the hospital.

Please be advised that you need to settle your consultation fee after you have seen the doctor. If you are prescribed any laboratory tests, imaging or other procedures or a prescription for medication you will be asked to settle the bill at the main cashier office beside the Front Office.

The Front Office is open Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and Saturday’s from 08:30 to 12:00. Should you require to see a doctor after office hours please proceed to our A&E department counter on the Ground Floor.
