*Note:

For Rotavirus: Rotarix must be given before a child is aged 24 weeks / Rotateq must be given before a child is aged 32 weeks. Hexaxim/ Infarix should be given before a child is aged 24 months
Purchase has to be made within 60 days from the expected delivery date
Discount or complimentary will be applied according to doctor indication based on actual child’s condition during examination different fees for the vaccine.
With out-of-package vaccines, customers will have to pay for any additional costs.
